The Process
As your Key West General Contractors we will oversees and coordinate the entire construction project from concept to completion, using our background in home improvement and design to inform support our decision-making.

Step 1
We manage aspects of the job from the beginning draft to the completed product. We will work closely with you and design a vision that meets your family’s needs, goals and style preferences
Step 2
The initial project phase will include a consultation to evaluate your needs. Once the scope of the project is defined, a rough estimate of the financial investment for your project will be given. Step 3
If project appropriate we begin with site demolition shortly after commencing construction once we have received all necessary permits and materials. You will be kept informed throughout the construction phase and work.
Step 4
After construction and inspections have been completed, we will do a final walk-through to ensure the completed project meets your standards.
